Acceptance of Order

1. Credit Card Payment Option
   • Once credit card details and funds have been authorised, Sophie Harley Design will send an email acknowledging your order request.
   • If the credit card details and or funds are not authorised, Sophie Harley Design will inform the customer and reserves the right to cancel the order. Sophie Harley Design will do its utmost to clarify any authorisation problems.
   • Once payment has been received and the funds received by Sophie Harley Design, Sophie Harley Design will process the order and send an email confirming payment of your order and the process thereof.
   • Receipt of an Order Confirmation indicates a legally binding purchase and sale agreement between yourself and Sophie Harley Design.
   • Sophie Harley Design reserves the right to cancel or reverse an order. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled, an alternative will be offered.

   • For customers wishing to make purchase via bank transfer payment method, the bank account details are as follows:

   • Once payment has been received by Sophie Harley Design, the order will be processed and Sophie Harley Design will send an email confirming your order and process thereof.
   • Onus is on the customer to ensure payment is received by Sophie Harley Design.
   • Receipt of an Order Confirmation indicates a legally binding purchase and sale agreement between yourself and Sophie Harley Design.

Return of Purchased Items

1. You may receive a full refund where your purchase item is faulty. Sophie Harley Design must be notified of the fault within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
2. You must return an order within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund. You may return your order within 28 days for exchange or credit note only.
3. Return of orders will be confirmed only where you have returned the purchased item in its original condition, unworn and together with its original packaging, and where the purchase item returned.
4. Purchase items that have been engraved, or designed to the customer's specification, will not be considered for return.
5. Returns will be confirmed only once the purchase item has been subject to inspection by Sophie Harley Design to verify that it is in the original condition.
6. To arrange for the return of your purchase item please contact our customer services hotline at +44-(0)207-430 2070 for advice on our return procedure.
7. Sophie Harley Design will not be responsible for any return shipments that are lost so we advise that you retain all proof of posting documentation.
8. Sophie Harley Design will endeavor to complete your refund within 10 days of receipt of the retuned purchase item. Your refund will be made in the same method as your original payment.

Pricing

1. All prices are as quoted on our website, in GBP (including VAT).
2. VAT and the rate of VAT will depend on your selection of shipping destination. Currently orders shipped within the United Kingdom and EU Member States are subject to VAT at 17.5%.
3. All of our products are quoted in GBP. Please note that where you chose an alternate currency, the quoted total is just an estimate as currency rates may change from the time that you check out and banks may have different conversion rates.
4. While we believe that our ordering and payment system is amongst the most advanced available we do reserve the right to correct any system errors, including errors in pricing, and we do not honour incorrect pricing.
5. Sophie Harley Design reserves the right to change prices without notice. Payment Options.

We accept payments made by Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Maestro UK credit/debit cards. Alternatively you may pay by means of a bank transfer. This can be arranged by calling Sophie Harley Design for further details.

Shipping within the UK

1. We provide secure next day delivery for all orders to all of our UK customers. Our shipments are facilitated by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.
2. UK orders of stock items currently in stock will normally be shipped within four to seven working days. If an item ordered is not currently in stock, the order will normally be shipped within 28 working days.
3. Delivery of UK orders that are specially commissioned pieces will be determined at time of consultation/design discussion and will be advised separately.
4. Orders that are made up by several items will normally be shipped together, unless separate arrangements have been made, it which case a separate charge for each delivery will be made.
5. Sophie Harley Design shall use its best efforts to ensure delivery within the above delivery periods but shall not be held liable for any delay of such delivery.
6. For security purposes you will not be able to change the shipping address once your order has been dispatched.
7. Goods lost or damaged during shipment will be covered in full by Sophie Harley Design once it has been proven that loss has been due to theft or loss in transit.
8. Sophie Harley Design shall charge you for shipping costs of goods returned as a result of non-acceptance or non-availability at the shipping address and on any goods returned or cancelled.

Shipments Outside of the UK

1. After selecting your order, proceed to "Check Out" and you will be asked to provide billing & shipping details, and payment option.
2. You will be asked to provide billing & shipping details, and payment option.
3. Final shipping and VAT charges will be displayed once you have entered your shipping destination.
4. Confirm your order by selecting the "Complete Order" button.
5. Goods lost or damaged during shipment will be covered in full by a Sophie Harley Design once it has been proven that loss has been due to theft or loss in transit.
6. Where applicable, Sophie Harley Design shall charge you for any customs or duties that have been paid on your behalf.
7. Sophie Harley Design will ship orders to most overseas destinations.
8. Sophie Harley Design ships your orders via our courier partner in partnership with UPS charges fixed fee for goods up to 1KG in weight goods over this weight will be charged at a pro rata rate.
9. Two to three days will be added on to delivery times available in the UK.
10. Delivery of orders that are specially commissioned pieces will be determined at time of consultation/design discussion and will be advised separately.
11. Please note CUSTOMS CHARGES/IMPORT DUTIES: For international orders, any taxes or duties assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Alternate Shipping Address

1. You may request a shipping address that is different from your billing address.
2. To protect you against fraud and ensure your order is approved, we request that your alternate shipping address is registered with your credit card company. Data Protection and Privacy.
3. We consider your privacy as vital and shall not pass on any of your information to any other third party.
4. We are constantly updating our systems to provide you with the latest security technologies, to best protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Your personal identification information is stored on our servers behind secure firewall and security systems, with limited access. In addition, when transferring your personal information over the internet, we utilize 128 Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, provided by WorldPay.
5. None of your credit card details are retained or stored on any of our servers at any time to ensure complete security. They are only used at the time of purchase for credit card verification through our secure Payment Solution Providers WorldPay.

Only Hallmarked Metals

1. Sophie Harley Design only deals with gold, platinum and silver that has been hallmarked by the Assay Office London or of hallmarks accepted by the British Hallmarking Council. By only dealing in recognized hallmarked goods we provide you with the certainty that you will only be purchasing gold, platinum or sterling silver as defined by the exacting standards of recognized assay offices. Each piece will carry Sophie Harley's registered makers mark to guarantee its authenticity.

General Legal Terms

1. Sophie Harley Design shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any nature, regardless of the form of action, based on strict product liability or otherwise.
2. Sophie Harley Design makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the content (both text and images) of the website. We are also not responsible for the content of any third party website that is linked to this site.

3. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice. Amended terms and conditions will become applicable once they have been posted on the website.
